getxirfad — Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your getxirfad account and exactly what happens when you do. You can delete from inside the app, or ask us by email.

Delete from inside the app

Open the getxirfad app and go to Settings.
Scroll down to the Danger Zone at the bottom.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

What happens when you delete

When you delete your account:

Your personal details are removed and your profile is anonymized.
Your service listings are removed.
Your login is disabled and you can no longer sign in.
Your verification documents and portfolio images are deleted.

What we keep, and why

To protect the people you worked with, some records are kept in anonymized form. Completed order history remains, and any file you delivered stays as the other party's proof of work, with your personal link removed. This keeps the trust and dispute record fair for both sides.

You cannot delete your account while you have active orders. Please complete or cancel any ongoing orders first, then delete.

Delete without app access

If you cannot open the app, email support@getxirfad.com from the email address on your account, with the subject 'Delete my account'. We will confirm it is you and process the deletion.

Timeframe

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are usually completed within a few days after we confirm your identity.
